Delivery & Shipping

ALL CLOTHING is HAND MADE and most often MADE TO ORDER. Therefore, production can be lengthy. Every piece is handmade in our own studio in China. We produce there to ensure both the highest quality possible and a good and humane working environment for our employees.
▪ Ready to Wear (RTW) have a processing time of 2-4 business days before shipping unless otherwise noted. Sales may increase processing time. Custom skirts are made to order with a production time of 2-4 weeks before shipping, extending up to 6 weeks during the Chinese Spring Festival (Jan).

▪ If for any reason we are unable to complete your order because of the availability of material we will contact you directly to discuss an alternative.

▪ International orders with combined Ready to Wear and Custom items will not ship separately and will be shipped when the entire order is complete. To receive your Ready to Wear faster, we recommend placing separate orders.

▪ Because of the impact of COVID-19, we will use multiple logistics companies to mail parcels  according to different countries, so that you can receive parcels in the most stable, fast and economical form, you can log on to the relevant website to check the logistics progress after receiving the delivery email.

▪ If your address is in the European Union, we will collect VAT taxes and declare them. If your address is in a non-EU region, we will not charge any taxes, all taxes and other charges incurred by the package to the destination country are at your own expense, please contact the customs office of the country where you are located for tax inquiries and payment.

▪ If your address has changed after you placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your items have been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping destination.

▪ We will keep track of your shopping detail in order to process your order and ship it correctly, however, under no circumstances will we disclose customer information to third parties.

▪ Ruisky Dance is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping. If your package is returned to us, you will be notified and recharged the shipping cost.

The turnaround time for an order that we declare at the point of sale does not reflect the additional time that it takes for the order to get to you, it is merely the production time. Once the order has left our studio we cannot promise or give an exact date of delivery for a number of reasons, because we have no control on the different postal services that will handle the packages. Any claims or complaints in relation to a time after the shipment of your order, you must file with the according delivery service.
